Handsome Furs is the Canadian husband-wife duo Dan Boeckner and Alexei Perry. This song is from their latest album Sound Kapital.  This video was shot by a then film student(Han Xia)  the band met at a show while on tour in Beijing in 2009.  Like the intro of the song and the video a lot.
